CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment Policy Appointments are reserved especially for you. A valid card on file is required to secure all bookings. Cancellation Policy Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 25% service fee. No-Show Policy Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future appointments. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your service. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten their service or reschedule to avoid disrupting the next guest. Guest Policy To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, guests and children are not permitted in the treatment room unless discussed beforehand. Payment Policy Payment is due at the time services are rendered. I accept card, cash, and contactless payments.
